TV broke within 2 years – Magica De Spell – Trumbull, CT
We bought this TV and have been very happy with him, we always started bruising in the corners, get the blue rectangles in the lower corners, larger and now red rectangles in the two bottom corners, which are up to 1 / 3 to develop the screen – very annoying.
Had a repair man by the many hours spent with Sony and the best they could do to screen € 1000.00 which is almost what we paid for the TV replacement. We still use the TV until we get rid of us can afford toBut now it's so blurry images.
Play rock band on the TV screen, you can not read the word.

I love this TV! The picture is very clear and the colors are "normal." Not a "geek" or a "young man" it was wonderful that the instructions were easy to follow and do!
Poor Sony Customer Service – Unsatisfied Customer – San Diego, CA
I bought this TV in Sept'06. The TV worked great. Unfortunately, there was a click of the television. So I called Sony and asked them to contact me to "Advanced Electronics" (San Diego), one of its authorized service centers. The "Advanced Electronics" is probably the most incompetent technicians on the planet. Their inability adding their customer service extremely rude. They had my TV for over 6 weeks, and when they finally back on TV, the problem yetremained. I've called again and they sent someone in to fix the problem. The guy has something and left, but the results were the same. I told them then called again. She lifted the TV again two weeks and have not found the problem. My repeated calls were irritating * * with the same answer replied: "Sir, we are still working on your TV.
I have countless times between Sony and they were no help. Sony service has deterioratedOver the years, enormous.
The TV itself, the picture quality of TV is very good. It also includes thin. I hope I do not deal with Sony customer service and idiots from Advanced Electronics.
